Mitmed investorid on näidanud üles huvi ALPAKA kampaaniasse investeerida suuremas summas ja teinud omapoolsed investeerimisettepanekud. Oleme seda koos kaalunud, nii Fundwise kui ALPAKA (Decoreter OÜ) poolt ja oleme nõus investoritele vastu tulema.

Seega, käesolevaga teatame ALPAKA kampaania muudatusest:

Investorid, kes investeerivad üle 8000€, neile kehtib pakkumine Decoreter OÜ hinnangulise väärtusega 1 600 000€.

Mida see endast täpselt kujutab:

Näiteks, kui investeerid 8000€ siis saad 40€ nimiväärtusega osa, millele lisandub 10€ nimiväärtusega osa ehk kokku 50€ osa, 
12 000€ eest 75€ osa, jne.

Fundwise platvormil tuleb investeering vormistada nö varem kehtinud väärtuse järgi. Osakute ümberarvutamine toimub peale kampaania lõppu ja enne osade EVK kontole kandmist.

Kui senistest investoritest keegi soovib sama väärtusega pakkumist, tuleb oma eelnevale investeeringule lisaks investeerida vajalik summa. Ehk siis liidame eelneva ja uue investeeringu kokku.  

Kuna investeeringu reeglid on muutunud, anname ka tähtajale lisa kaks nädalat. Kampaania lõpeb 14. augustil.

New offer for Alpaka investors

Several investors who have shown interest in investing larger amounts in the ALPAKA campaign have made their investment offers. Fundwise and ALPAKA (Decoreter OÜ) have discussed these offers and agreed to consider investors’ proposals. 

So, hereby we announce a change in the ALPAKA campaign:

Investors, who are investing more than € 8 000, are offered shares based on a Decoreter’s value of  € 1 600 000.

What does it mean exactly?

For example, if you invested € 8 000 based on the old value, you received a share with € 40 nominal value. Under the new valuation, you will receive a share with € 50 nominal value. 

When making your investments on the Fundwise platform, you will still see the previous value. The number of shares will be recalculated after the end of the campaign and before making the entries to the investors’ securities accounts registered with the Estonian Central Securities Depository (held by Nasdaq).  

If someone of the earlier investors wants to invest based on the new company value, you need to invest an additional amount to reach at least € 8 000 in total. All of your investments will be summed up.

As the campaign rules have changed, the campaign is prolonged for additional 2 weeks. The campaign ends on August 14.
